We build the system around those processes instead.
What if I don’t like what you build?
We agree exactly what we’re building before we start. If you don’t like something, tell us and we’ll change it until it matches what we agreed. If we still can’t deliver what we agreed, you pay £0.
Can we keep some of our existing tools?
Yes, and often you should. If your accounting software or calendar does its job, we connect the new system to it rather than replacing it.
How much does a custom business system cost?
Business systems start from £2,000. The price rises with build time, complexity, integrations, user types, dashboards, automations and portals. You will know the figure before development begins.
What happens if the system isn't what we agreed?
We agree the outcome before development begins. If we can't deliver that agreed outcome and can't put it right through the agreed revision process, there is no Setavo build fee.
