Setavo worked around what we already had, connected our enquiries into it properly and added the DM automations we were missing. Much better way of doing it rather than ripping everything out and starting again.

  We were spending far too much time going back and forth with investors trying to work out what they actually wanted and whether they were suitable in the first place. The system now qualifies them, takes their preferences and matches them with the right properties automatically. If they don’t like one, they can change what they’re looking for and it gives them something more suitable. It’s taken a lot of repetitive work off us.

The CRM Setavo built is really simple to use and gives us a proper overview of everything. Nothing flashy for the sake of it. It just does what we actually need it to do.
