Using this website

The content here is general information about Setavo and the work we do. It isn't professional advice for your specific situation. We try to keep it accurate and up to date, but we can't guarantee it is complete or error-free.

Prices shown on this website

Prices on this website are starting prices for Setavo build fees, shown in pounds sterling. Setavo is not VAT registered, so no VAT is added to our prices. The final price for any project depends on its scope and is agreed in writing before development begins.

Some systems rely on third-party infrastructure, telephony, messaging platforms or AI model usage. Those costs are separate and explained upfront. Website hosting is included in the £600 website price.

There is no Setavo monthly subscription for the systems we build. See the pricing page for details.

The Setavo guarantee

If we can’t deliver what we agreed, you pay £0. We agree the outcome before development begins. If we cannot deliver the agreed solution and cannot put it right, there is no Setavo build fee.

The guarantee is tied to the deliverable agreed in writing before development begins. It isn't a promise of unlimited changes, and it doesn't cover new requirements added after the outcome was agreed.

Website hosting

Standard hosting for a Setavo website is included in the website build price, with no monthly or annual Setavo hosting fee. Standard hosting covers a typical business website under normal use. Unusually heavy traffic, large media libraries or specialist infrastructure may need a different arrangement, which we would discuss and agree with you first. Domain registration and renewal, and any optional third-party services you choose, are separate.

The agreed outcome and the agreed revision process for each project are set out in that project's written agreement.

Our content

The text, design, graphics and branding on this website belong to Setavo or are used with permission. You're welcome to share links to our pages, but please don't copy or reuse the content without asking.

Where we link to other websites, we don't control them and aren't responsible for their content.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law. Otherwise, we aren't liable for losses arising from use of this website or reliance on its general information.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
