Connections / Integrations
Make your software talk to itself.
You may already own most of the tools you need. The problem is the gaps between them, and the person whose job has quietly become carrying information across those gaps.
01The problem
Signs your tools aren't connected
- 01The same customer is typed into three systems.
- 02Payments are matched to jobs by hand.
- 03Bookings in the calendar don't appear in the CRM.
- 04Reports are built by exporting and merging spreadsheets.
Recognise any of these?
02How it works
One operation, many tools
- Website & forms
- CRM
- Payments (e.g. Stripe)
- Accounting
- Calendar
- Messaging
- Phone
- Analytics
- Your business
Tool names are examples of what can be connected, not partnerships.

Quoted after we map the process
Connecting the systems you already use so information moves automatically instead of being copied by hand.
Pay for the build. Not forever.
What the price depends on
- Forms, CRM, calendar, payments and messaging connected
- No more copying information between systems
- The missing piece built if something is missing
- Priced individually, before development begins
Any automation-platform or API usage costs are separate and explained upfront.
Some systems rely on third-party infrastructure, telephony, messaging platforms or AI model usage. Those costs are separate and explained upfront. Website hosting is included in the £600 website price.

Where we've done this
Trades
Keeping the CRM. Fixing what fed it.
- The problem
- The client already owned a generic CRM that did most of what they needed — but enquiries from social messaging weren’t feeding into it properly.
- What changed
- We kept the existing CRM, built the missing DM automations around it, and connected new social enquiries into it and into the sales process.
- The result
- Existing CRM. Better system. No unnecessary rebuild.
Questions people ask
Can you connect software that doesn't have a built-in integration?
Often, yes. Most modern tools have an API or webhooks. Where they don't, there are usually other routes, such as exports, email parsing or a scheduled sync. If something can't be connected reliably, we'll say so plainly.
What if I don’t like what you build?
We agree exactly what we’re building before we start. If you don’t like something, tell us and we’ll change it until it matches what we agreed. If we still can’t deliver what we agreed, you pay £0.
Is it better to connect our tools or replace them?
If a tool does its job, connect it. Replace it only when it is the source of the problem.
Are you partners with these platforms?
No. We name common tools as examples because businesses use them, not because of any partnership.
